About Kimberley

Driven by a strong sense of societal responsibility, Kimberley has worked with organizations such as the Dutch National Youth Council and NGO CSW/NY, the largest platform for feminist and women’s rights organizations at the United Nations.

Through this work, she came into contact with many organizations creating meaningful change but struggling to claim visibility in an increasingly crowded attention economy. This realization led her to found D3CADE: a branding & PR agency dedicated to helping changemakers shape narratives, build visibility and become impossible to ignore.

Kimberley holds an MA in Global Thought from Columbia University and previously served as President of the Dutch National Youth Council.
